How it runs

Four steps. Something real at the end of each.

The whole process, written out — what happens, what you receive, and what it costs you if you walk away at any stage.

  1. Conversation

Thirty minutes on what the business needs the site to do. No pitch deck, no jargon, no obligation.

A written brief. One page, plain language, yours to keep whether or not we work together.

  2. Scope and fixed price

Everything that gets built, listed. The number does not move unless the scope does — and if the scope moves, you approve it first.

A fixed price and a delivery date, in writing.

  3. Design

Layout and identity built around your real content — your text, your photos, your products. Never a template with your logo dropped in.

Screens you can click through, before a line of production code exists.

  4. Build and launch

Engineered, not assembled. A live staging link from the first week, so you watch it fill in instead of waiting in the dark.

A live site — with the code, the domain and every account in your name.

Have a project waiting?

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You leave with a written brief whether or not we work together.
